Everyone at Cabriere absolutely loved Michele Reynolds entries … which means that we’re going to be sending Michele a Magnum of Pierre Jourdan. So Michele please send us your physical address and we’ll have that magnum delivered.
If you think you have what it takes to win a case of Pierre Jourdan this May add it to the Haute Cabrière, Pierre Jourdan and me Facebook fan page and get your friends to vote. Remember the person with the most likes and comments on a photo wins the case.
So if you’d like to see how Sabrage is really done, and find out about some of the history surrounding it, pay the Simon and Baker Travel Review site a visit.
2009 was a good year for Haute Cabriere and hopefully, because we continue to produce wine you enjoy drinking and sharing, 2010 will be just as good.
This year we will be tweaking our approach to blogging. We will still utilise video format (so you’ll have your Takuan fix) but we will now also include more written content.
The second installment in our classic video revival is Achim’s Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs tasting video. This should definitely get you and your palate in the mood for the Franschhoek Champagne Festival this coming weekend. We hope you’re getting excited … because we can hardly contain our glee!
We’re all tired of waiting for the rain to stop so, to help melt away those remaining winter blues, we suggest you dose yourself with one champagne glass measure of Pierre Jourdan.
After years of scientific research conducted by Takuan, and some of the other people in the office, we’re happy to announce that Pierre Jourdan makes that dreary winter feeling simply disappear. Apparently it’s a combination of the amazing taste, the bubbles and … oh wait we’ve already mentioned the amazing taste. Yes the Franschhoek Cap Classique - Pierre Jourdan - is at it again. Restoring smiles to the rain soaked Cape one glass at a time.
Thank you Pierre Jourdan, without you our lives would be significantly less fun and perhaps a little more sober. Boo.
